We arrived in Beaufort, SC at the Hunting Island Beach State Park and it was just gorgeous.
There are sites right on the water!
We of course had to pop open some wine to celebrate.
My parents Border Collie, Bonnie, didn't lose any time in trying to get us to throw this wood chip.
For our first campout dinner...Pumpkin Curry Chicken and Sautéed Vegetable Couscous.
Pumpkin Curry Simmering Sauce, care of Williams Sonoma.
Gorgeous sautéed yellow squash and zucchini.
Plus a bit of whole wheat couscous.
Delicious!
