1. On a core board with two light hand weights I move into Warrior III (see above).

2. Extend arms out to the side rather than overhead (like you're flying).3. Bend the grounded leg only and bring the weights towards the ground then extend back to the original position.
Note: Be concious of keeping your hips level.
