This past Monday night we were on the way to the Jaguar game and I decided I wanted to stop at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Have you been there?
Their mantra is “Food with Integrity is our commitment to finding the very best ingredients raised with respect for the animals, the environment and the farmers.”
How can you not love that?!
I had been there before and gotten the burrito bowls, but that time I chose to get a salad. With each bite I said THIS IS SO GOOD. And I have been talking about it since.
When yesterday morning rolled around, I said to myself I was going back to get the same salad again. I sat down at my desk and told my co workers about it and spent most of the day drooling.
Fresh salsa.
Tender chicken.
Pinto beans.
Cilantro rice.
Grilled peppers and onions.
Honey Chipotle vinaigrette.
Finally 5:00 came.
Heaven.
Chipotle is one of the only fast food establishments that I can go to without any guilt. Good stuff.
I've never eaten at a Chipotle. We don't have any around me, but I always hear good things.
I was so excited when they put one in near us. I loved it the first time I tried it but since I cook at home so much I tend to not eat out. Since I found this salad I'll have to eat out a bit more often!
I LOVE Chipotle…my absolute favorite “go-to” quick service restaurant when, on the rare occasion, I eat out! Their guacamole is the best. It is seriously addicting
Yeah, I'm pretty psyched about Chipotle! While it's not all organic, or all perfectly sustainably sourced, they're trying!
I LOVE their burrito bowls . . . hmmm, there's a Chipotle strategically located on my way home from work and now you've got me thinking . . . =)

Chipotle started in Colorado, so I've been eating it for years! It is such a good restaurant…and the founder is a great guy. I just read an interview with him in Bon Appetit. Now I want to go and buy a burrito bowl!
I MISS that place. I had one by my house in Colorado Springs. Sadly, in Idaho they don't believe in beautiful healthy fast food. Sigh…

Chipotle is the best! I've never gotten the salad but their burritos are seriously amazing. Awesomely fresh ingredients too.
i'm so glad they open a chipotle new my house:) i cant seem to get enough of it. my favorite is the bowl with tons of guacamole..yum!
