Merry Christmas!
Here is what we picked up from our CSA today….
I must apoligize for the dark or grainy photos as I was in a rush getting them separated and packed up with my little one being a bit under the weather.
I’m thinking of stuffed cabbage, a cubanelle and onion frittata, large salad and calabaza soup.  That’s all I’ve got so far so I’ve got a lot more recipes to find.
Any suggestions?
Two different Lettuces

Red, Green and Cubanelle Peppers

Chinese Broccoli

Green Onions 

Broccoli

Kohlrabi and Cauliflower 

Radishes

Cabbage

Calabaza Squashes and Kale

  7. Man, Florida is awesome. And so are those peppers. And radishes. And everything else in there. Man, I'm jealous. Can you stuff cubanelles? Are they like poblanos?
