Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix
Egg replacer equal to one egg mixed to package directions, or one egg
3/4 cup non dairy milk, or milk of choice, I used Rice Milk
1 Tbsp oil
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Cinnamon, to taste
1 banana, sliced
Directions
1. Preheat a skillet over medium high heat. In a medium bowl mix pancake mix through cinnamon. Spray skillet with cooking spray; scoop 1/4 to 1/3 cup pancake mix into a measuring cup; pour half onto skillet into a teardrop shape then pour the second half in an adjoining teardrop to make a heart. Push a few bananas into the batter. When middle begins to bubble, flip and cook until browned.
2. Repeat until batter is gone.
