    I really try not to throw any food away, but you’re right..I could definitely be saving my odds and ends for broth! I love the dressing for this stem salad! Sounds so tasty.

      I don’t use tarragon much but I will start using it more – especially with the garlic. This was so easy to throw together that it is a great replacement for any salad that uses ranch dressing!

    I’ve had this is the “to make” stack for this week. It uses those broccoli stems. I’ve also used them to make broccoli stem potato soup.

      I have done that too as well as used them in the broth but I thought this might be a fun alternative! I’ll check this recipe out and I’ll be seeing you soon!

    I love broccoli stems! I have a great broccoli curry that uses the stems. A simple salad sounds great, too, Dawn. :-)
