Helping busy moms (and kids!) kick sugar and processed foods to the curb.
Does this sound like you?
I’m ready to stop eating sugar and try to get healthier. I look around my kitchen and everything is full of sugar or is processed. As I stand in front of the pantry I wonder, how I could I have let it get to this point?
I’ve lost the willpower to control what I put in my mouth but I know that’s the only way I’ll feel better in my heart, soul and body.
We're stressed out, exhausted, and all we want is peace.
There's lots of junk food around us....all the time.
We're not in a controlled environment. So how do we overcome the challenge?
Nutrient dense foods. This means foods that your body recognizes as food and immediately knows what to do with. It means eating carbohydrates, fats and proteins that also ride along with vitamins, nutrients, antioxidants and fiber – like nuts, seeds and avocados, whole grains, beans and whole fruits and vegetables. Afterwards you’ll feel satisfied, nourished and more energetic.
